My name is Sophie Poklewski Koziell and I'm a trainee psychotherapist. My roots are Polish, Irish and English. I grew up in Ireland, was educated in the UK and have lived and worked in north Cornwall, near Bude, for nearly thirty years whilst bringing up a family.

My background is in biology, environmental science, education and the arts. I've spent much of my working life using my communication skills as a writer and editor across these fields.

I love walking along the lanes, canals, cliffs and beaches here – rain or shine. The natural world is a source of great joy, peace and inspiration to me.
